Vermiculture awareness programme was conducted for Management Students (BMS faculty ) of D.G.Ruparel college, Mumbai on 8th February 2013. 73 BMS students in presence of the faculty staff participated in the workshop.The presentation provided in depth information about the importance of vermiculture to tackle the alarming disasters posing threat to the environment. How each one can have this eco-friendly project at home was demonstrated to students.
