To impart training to and prepare every individual, irrespective of nationality, caste, creed, or religion, in the management of disasters, natural or manmade. At AADM, the management of disasters begins by driving home the vitality of the issue and the imperative need of a comprehensive training; which in other words means, preparedness beforehand and equipping by way of training in rescue methods, primary first-aid, CPCR (until medical help arrives). The training is comprehensive because it equips to handle situations of disaster with the help of learned skills and the acquired emotional strength, before, during and after the occurrence and not only curtails the damage that the disaster could cause, but also goes a very long way in saving life.
